Professional curriculum vitae

In the course of her nearly two-decade-long professional career Franciska, as a civil lawyer, gained experience in providing legal support to the operation of primarily small- and medium-size enterprises, but when her client’s activity demanded that she familiarize herself with a new or specialized legal area, that was no problem for her either. As well as the constant professional renewal deriving from this, for her stability means representing her clients in litigation proceedings, in the position of either plaintiff or defendant. During these proceedings, she benefits from her approach focusing on the correlations and her capacity for in-depth legal research work. 

She does not lack the tenacity and determination needed when litigation becomes unavoidable.
